We have all seen fake hair that gives itself away due to its over the top shine factor. To "dull out" the shine and provide a more natural looking finish, try any (or all) of these methods:
1) Rub a little bit of powder (baking, baby, cornstarch, etc) or dry shampoo through the hair and brushing it through.
2) Wash hair with shampoo.
3) Soak the wig in a bowl of water mixed with a cup or so of vinegar for about 10 minutes, before washing.
